Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. better known as OMA, holds the concessions to operate, manage, and develop 13 international airports in central and northern Mexico.

Aeronautical Services

Aeronautical services are the company's most significant source of revenue. All revenues derived from aeronautical services are subject to the maximum rate regulation system.

The most important aeronautical charges and fees paid by airlines are:

  • Passenger charges
  • Landing fees
  • Parking fees
  • Fees for use of passenger jetways or aerocars
  • Airport security charges

Non-Aeronautical Services

Commercial

OMA’s commercial revenues are the most important source of non-regulated revenues. The principal categories include:

  • Restaurants
  • Retailers and Duty-free
  • Parking
  • Car rental
  • Advertising space
  • VIP lounges

Diversification

OMA develops new sources of revenues through businesses closely tied to air transportation and that maximize the use of our assets, including land.

  • Hotels
  • Freight logistics
  • Industrial park
  • Real estate

Complementary
  • Checked baggage screening
  • Airport and terminal access rights
  • Ground transportation (“non permanent”)

Quality Infrastructure

Master Development Programs (MDP) for each airport include the investments required serve expected growth in air travel and improve facilities and services. The MDPs are agreed to every five years with the Mexican Government.

Total committed investment under the 2016-2020 MDPs is Ps.5,443 million.
