Member of the board of directors of Empresas ICA, and has been ICA's Chief Financial Officer since January 2007.
Since 1994, he has served Empresas ICA in the construction, corporate finance, and project finance areas.
He is a civil engineering graduated of the Universidad Iberoamericana and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
