CORPORATE PRACTICES, FINANCE, PLANNING AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

This Committee is responsible for Corporate Practices, Finance, Planning and Sustainability functions including: analyzing the general principles for OMA’s strategic plan; evaluating investment and financing policies; evaluating the premises of the annual budget and budget implementation; and analyzing and evaluating risk factors, including control mechanisms, among others. The Committee will also report its findings regarding related party transactions, compensation of officers and directors, and any permissions granted for officers or directors to pursue business opportunities. The Committee is made up of independent directors.
