  • Ricardo Dueñas has a solid experience in the airport and infrastructure sectors, he has an economics degree from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
  • He was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de Mexico (GACM) from 2015 through 2018 and worked as an advisor in infrastructure projects at the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) between 2012 and 2015.
  • Previously, he worked in London for JP Morgan’s investment banking division for emerging markets from 2007 through 2011.
  • During 2005 he was advisor to the Mexican Delegation to the OECD in Paris, and between 2002 and 2004 he worked as an analyst for the Central Bank of Mexico.
  • Ruffo Pérez Pliego has more than 17 years’ experience in the areas of corporate finance, debt and equity placements, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Mr. Pérez Pliego was CFO from 2010 to 2014 and CEO from 2014 to 2016 of Latin American Airports Holdings Ltd., which at the time owned Aerodom, a concessionaire of six airports in the Dominican Republic, and Inmobiliaria Fumisa, which leased substantially all the commercial spaces in the international wing of Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport.
  • Previously, he worked for nine years in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse. Mr. Pérez Pliego holds a B.A. from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
  • Has served as our General Counsel since june 2018.
  • She has more than 20 years of legal experience in the contract, finance, M&A, corporate governance, regulatory, and international litigation areas.
  • She was previously Legal Director for Finance and Administration at Grupo Televisa and Legal Director for Interprotección, Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A. de C.V., among other positions.
  • She has a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has taken specialized law courses at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
  • Director of Airport Operations since April 2018.
  • Has worked in OMA since May 2004. Prior to his appointment as Director of Airport Operations he served as Director of the Monterrey Airport since 2013. Previously, he was the Administrator of the airports in Ciudad Juárez and Mazatlán.
  • Prior to joining OMA, he was promotions manager for Casa de Bolsa Probursa, Director of Investments and Projects for Grupo Chihuahua, Regional Administrator for Tax Audit in the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, and Director of Economic Studies for the government of the state of Nuevo León.
  • He has an economics degree from the Universidad Anáhuac, a Masters in Economic Development and Corporate Finance from Boston University, and has completed studies for a doctorate in business administration at the Swiss Management Center University.
  • In addition, he has taken courses in airport management and development offered by Aéroports de Paris and has a diploma in senior management from the IPADE business school. He has taught courses at the Universidad Anáhuac, the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and the Universidad de Monterrey.
  • Director of Infrastructure and Maintenance at OMA since june 2018.
  • More than 20 years experience in the design, construction, and management of infrastructure. He began his professional career in 1998 at Empresas ICA, holding positions in the International and Urban Construction divisions.
  • He was director of urban construction projects at ICA from 2011 to 2018.
  • He is a civil engineering graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and has taken courses for a Masters in Construction Management at the Universidad Iberoamericana. In addition, he is certified by the American Concrete Institute as a Supervising Inspector for concrete works and has taken numerous specialized courses in the construction field.
  • Director of Diversification and New Businesses at OMA since October, 2015.
  • Manager of the Culiacán airport from 2007 to 2015.
  • Manager of the Tampico airport from 2004 to 2006.
  • Diversification Manager from 2001 to 2003. He joined OMA in March 2001. 
  • He participated in various airport biddings, among which the Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) was adjudged in 2000.
  • Previously, he worked at Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. in the special projects area in 1999-2000.
  • He has experience in the maritime-port services sector from 1989 to 1997.
  • He participated in the start-up and operation of ICAVE, a specialized container terminal.
  • He is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
  • He has attended advanced programs in business and management at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE) Business School.
  • He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
