Management Team

OMA is leaded by an experienced and dynamic management team committed to responsibility and transparency, focused in offering high quality aeronautical and commercial services to passengers, airlines and other clients, continuously improving the economic performance of the company.

He has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer since November 2018. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Dueñas held various positions in the airport and infrastructure sectors, including Finance Director of the Mexico City Airport Group and as an infrastructure project advisor at the SICT (Mexico City State Commission for International Development). As Finance Director, he was responsible for securing over $8 billion in financing. Previously, he worked at JP Morgan in the Investment Banking division in London, focusing on emerging markets. Prior to that, he worked as an economic research analyst at the Bank of Mexico. He has also served as an analyst for a New York-based investment fund, as an advisor to the Mexican delegation to the OECD in Paris, and as a part-time professor at the Autonomous Institute of Technology of Mexico (ITAM). In 2004, he received the IMEF Prize in Economics. He has also served on the boards of directors of various companies in the transportation sector. Mr. Dueñas Espriu holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, where he graduated with honors, an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Harvard Business School, and an MPA (Masters in Public Administration) from Harvard Kennedy School.

He has served as Chief Financial Officer since April 3, 2018. Mr. Pérez Pliego has over 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, debt and equity placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pérez Pliego served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Latin American Airports Holdings Ltd., which, during his tenure, owned Aerodom, a concessionaire of six airports in the Dominican Republic, and Inmobiliaria Fumisa, which leased substantially all of the retail space in the international wing of Terminal 1 at AICM. Previously, Mr. Pérez Pliego worked for nine years in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse. Mr. Pérez Pliego holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Has served as our General Counsel since June 2018. Prior to joining us, Ms. Díaz Galindo was Legal Director of Finance and Administration at Grupo Televisa and Legal Director for Interprotección, Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas, S.A. de C.V., among other positions. Ms. Díaz Galindo has a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed post graduate studies in Corporate Law, Tax Law and Foreign Trade from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City. 

He has served as our Chief Operating Officer since August 2025.
Mr. Zacarias has over 20 years of experience in the airport management sector. He joined OMA in 2006 and has since held a range of leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Airport Administrator at Monterrey International Airport. His previous roles within OMA include Airport Administrator at Ciudad Juárez Airport, Airport Operations Manager at OMA’s corporate offices, Deputy Operations and Security Manager at Monterrey Airport, and Head of Airport Operations and Security at Ciudad Juárez Airport. He began his career as an Aviation Inspector at the Mexican Civil Aviation Authority. Mr. Zacarias holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering with a specialization in Airport Systems from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio.

Mr. Le Bihan serves as our Chief Technical Officer since 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Le Bihan served as Chief Technical Officer of VINCI Airports Brazil since 2017. With more than 15 years of experience working in airport management, he has been responsible for Capex management, IT, maintenance, and terminal building expansion works in Salvador Bahia and 8 other airports in the Amazon including Manaus. He also served as Infrastructure Director for 6 airports in the Dominican Republic. Mr. Le Bihan holds an MBA degree from IE Business School and holds the International Airport Professional accreditation from ACI/ICAO.

Pierre Grosmaire has served as our Chief Commercial Officer since September 2025. Prior to joining OMA, Mr. Grosmaire served as Chief Commercial Officer of Lyon Airports operated by VINCI Airports from 2018 to 2025, where he led the commercial strategy of an airport handling over 11 million passengers annually and serving 45 airlines across 140 destinations. From 2004 to 2018, Mr. Grosmaire served as Global Aviation Development Director at VINCI Airports. In this role, he participated in over 100 international tender processes for airport concessions, including the successful awards of Nantes Airport, the ANA network in Portugal, Santiago de Chile Airport, the Osaka airports (Kansai, Itami, and Kobe), Aerodom in the Dominican Republic, Salvador Airport, Lyon Airports, Belgrade Airport, Belfast International Airport, and Gatwick Airport, among others. Mr. Grosmaire holds an engineering degree from the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC) in France and studied International Commerce at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, United States.

Griselda Alvarado currently serves as Human Capital Director, a role she has held since 2024. Prior to this, she was Human Capital Manager at OMA beginning in 2013. Before joining OMA, she held executive positions at international companies such as PepsiCo Inc., The Home Depot, and Nortel Networks. She has also contributed to the education sector through institutions such as Meritas Family of Schools and Liceo de Monterrey. Mrs. Alvarado brings over 20 years of experience and has led strategies in cultural transformation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability, as well as in organizational planning, mergers, and acquisitions across various industries.
 
Mrs. Alvarado holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has earned several notable certifications, including Senior SHRM-SCP, Executive Coaching, Talent Management and Succession Planning, awarded by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Universidad de Monterrey, and LATAM International, among others. She also holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Stanford University, and Human Capital from IPADE Business School.
