Tambi\u00e9n, se encarga de llevar a cabo la evaluaci\u00f3n de la planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica; coadyuva en la identificaci\u00f3n de los riesgos a que est\u00e1 sujeta la sociedad y eval\u00faa los mecanismos para controlarlos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc858ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc858ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Comit\u00e9 se encarga de atender la estrategia de sustentabilidad y es el \u00f3rgano encargado de la evaluaci\u00f3n y compensaci\u00f3n de los miembros del Consejo y Directivos Relevantes de la Sociedad.<\/p><p>Sus principales funciones son:<\/p><ul><li>Opini\u00f3n sobre el nombramiento, destituci\u00f3n y remuneraci\u00f3n del Director General.<\/li><li>Opini\u00f3n sobre operaciones con personas relacionadas.<\/li><li>Opinar sobre la retribuci\u00f3n fija y variable de Directivos Relevantes.<\/li><li>Evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o del Consejo.<\/li><li>Analizar y proponer lineamientos para la determinaci\u00f3n del plan estrat\u00e9gico de la sociedad y su evaluaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica.<\/li><li>Opini\u00f3n sobre operaciones inusuales o no recurrentes.<\/li><li>Opinar sobre las premisas del presupuesto anual y darle seguimiento a su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Analizar y evaluar los factores de riesgo a los que est\u00e1 sujeta la sociedad, as\u00ed como los mecanismos para su control.<\/li><li>Plan de Sustentabilidad de la sociedad.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
